We are here to help if you are diagnosed with dementia and to help you if you care for someone with dementia, at any age and from any community.
We strive to offer the highest standards of support, both physically and emotionally, to everyone we help.
Our services are tailored to your needs, and include:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week support in people’s homes with a minimum 30 minute call.
Our highly trained and experienced carers can help with washing, dressing and hygiene matters, they can prepare and cook nutritious meals, carry out domestic services such as laundry and shopping and can administer medication if necessary, too. Where you have specialist medical needs, we can often help. They can also, where required, handle your finances and arrange the collection or delivery of money for you in conjunction with Social Services providing an Enduring Power of Attorney is in place.
We provide services to both private and Local Authority funded people, and for those with Direct Payments. If you think you may be eligible for financial assistance from your Local Authority, then read the finance sections on our website about getting financial support, contact the Social Care Direct team in your Local Authority or speak to your Social Worker. You can either book services with us direct if you are paying privately or with a Direct Payment, or ask your Social Worker to commission our services for you.
